Background and Identification

The Canon CanoScan N670U is a scanner meant to be simple yet efficient. The scanner is designed to be compact and easy to set up, using only a single USB cable as its power source and three buttons to scan, copy, and e-mail respectively. The way to identify this device among its N676U and N1240U counterparts is its dark violet top. The Canon CanoScan N670U hasn't been updated to operate on some of the more modern operating systems today and is considered to be outdated due to a lack of support for updating its drivers. However, the scanner remains as a budget-friendly and useful flatbed scanner for users of older operating systems such as Windows XP.
