Background and Identification

The Olympus Stylus Tough 8010 is has a compact body that is 98 x 64 x 24 mm and weighs 245 grams. Its minimum shutter speed is 1/4 of a second and its maximum shutter speed is 1/2000 of a second, and it has a built-in flash. The camera has a self-timer which can be set to 2 or 12 seconds.

It is waterproof to a depth of 10 meters, shockproof to a height of two meters, and is freezeproof to a temperature of -10°C. It was first manufactured in February 2010 but has since ceased production. The last of the Olympus Stylus Tough Series, it came in blue, black, and silver.

As the fifth and last camera in the series, the Olympus Stylus Tough 8010 offers more megapixels than its predecessors and is waterproof to a greater depth.
