Background and Identification
The Samsung J7 Pro, which is also known as the Samsung Galaxy J7 (2017) is an Android smartphone made by Samsung Electronics. The model number is SM-J730x. Its predecessor was the Samsung Galaxy J7 (2016) and it was succeeded by the Galaxy J8 in 2018. It is a part of the Samsung Galaxy J series of phones that was first introduced by Samsung in 2015.
The Samsung J7 Pro runs on the Android 7.0 Nougat operating system but can be upgraded to 9.0 Pie with One UI. It’s powered by Exynos 7870 SoC including a 1.6 GHz octa-core ARM Cortex-A53 CPU, a Mali-T830MP1 GPU and 3 GB of RAM. And comes with either 16, 32 or 64 GB of internal storage. It has a 5.5 inch super AMOLED display and a 3600 mAh Li-ion battery. Lastly, it has an aluminum unibody chassis.
