Background and Identification
The Yoga 510-14IKB is part of the Lenovo Yoga brand of computers. The name ‘Yoga’ comes from the fact that these computers use a flexible 360 degree hinge to create four different configurations: Laptop, Stand, Tent, or Tablet. This model of Yoga convertible laptop has a 14 inch screen, which is larger than most convertible laptops. It is designed to be thin and lightweight to make it a portable office or personal laptop. Unfortunately, this convertible laptop does not have a maintenance flap, which makes upgrading and replacing components much easier. Notebook Check gave the Yoga 510-14IKB a mixed review, saying “Lenovo has put a largely useless dedicated graphics card in its new 14-inch convertible. Thankfully, the other components ensure the device can do its job as a mobile office companion.”
