Background Information
The iHome iM71SC is recognizable by its collapsible vertical structure which gives it great portability. It is branded by the iHome logo at the bottom of the speaker, directly above the blue LED light that indicates its power status. Originally manufactured in 2014, this model is only available in white. The iHome iM71SC has four strips of RGB LEDs in the interior of the collapsible structure that allows it to cycle through color modes. The simple design adds to the product's reliability, because there are not many easily breakable components.
