    • Make sure to unplug the fridge from the wall socket before proceeding.

    • Using two hands, remove the plastic latch that's covering the dead light bulb.

    • To remove the latch, place both of your thumbs on the front face of the latch. Then, with your thumbs slowly push/squeeze the face of the latch, until the latch comes off.

    • Slowly unscrew the dead bulb in the counterclockwise direction to remove it from the socket.

    • Get the new light bulb and screw it into the empty bulb socket clockwise.

    • Plug the fridge back into the wall socket, then check if the light bulb is working.

    • If the light bulb works, return the latch to its original position using your two hands.

    • When returning the latch make sure the latch’s front face is in the right direction.

    • Then slowly connect the latch to cover the new bulb and makes sure it is secured before closing the fridge door.
