Introduction
When your laptop is starting to run out of space, the "Low Memory!" Will be displayed on the screen. Or, you might need to upgrade your Random Access Memory (RAM). This guide shows the steps on how to replace the RAM on a HP Zbook 15u G2 laptop.

Flip the laptop on its side and flip the switch at the top so the red side is visible. This will allow you to slide off the back panel as shown.

Once the back panel is removed, flip the 2 switches located on the battery so the red is visible.

Lift the battery out of the device by pulling up on the tab located between the two switches at the top of the battery.

Once you have removed the back panel, you must locate the RAM. The RAM comes in two pieces on the ZBook.

Located at the top of the computer, the ram can be located as a part of two pieces held together with a metal clip.

Gently pull back the clips and remove the RAM module, which will pop out. Repeat this step for the second RAM Module.

Slide the new RAM module back into place and push the module into place. Repeat this process for the second RAM Module.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
