Introduction

Hi! I'll teach you how to replace Joy-Con's motherboard! You need:

  1. Y00 screwdriver
  2. 00 screwdriver
  3. Joy-Con you going to repair
  4. Replacement motherboard (Must fit with Joy-Con you fix)

    • I'm going to use left Joy-Con, but it doesn't matter which Joy-Con

    • Take your Y00 screwdriver and get to work! Unscrew the screws

    • Carefully open the Joy-Con backshell, take your time!

    • Note: It has wires attached, BE CAREFUL!

    • Backshell can get really annoying, so why won't we just unscrew it? Take 00 screwdriver and let's get it done!

    • Note: DO NOT unscrew bolts on an LED strip.
