    • Insert plastic opening tool and slide it around the edges until the cover starts to pop off. It may be necessary to go over each side multiple times in order to pop the cover off.

I bought a set of tools for opening the cover of the tablet but as much as I have tried going around each side, I have been unable to make any progress. I can’t get a tool to even begin to fit in between the cover and the tablet. Any suggestions?

I was getting very frustrated as I tried to separate it. I thought maybe there was glue around it's because my son had just replaced the screen. I have the RCA 11 and 1/2 Galileo Pro it has snaps all the way around it. Once I realized that it started to snap apart. I became a little bit more confident. You have to get the snaps to start unsnapping.
