Introduction

  1. Remove the battery and the mandrel. Loosen the screws with a T10 bit or a T10 screwdriver.

    • Remove the battery and the mandrel. Loosen the screws with a T10 bit or a T10 screwdriver.

  2. Remove the top shell. Remove the battery connecter, the switch, the Engine + Gearbox assembly and then the LEDs. Detach the Engine from the Gearbox.

    • Remove the top shell. Remove the battery connecter, the switch, the Engine + Gearbox assembly and then the LEDs. Detach the Engine from the Gearbox.

  3. Assemble the new Switch + Motor assembly to the Gearbox. Position the LEDs.

    • Assemble the new Switch + Motor assembly to the Gearbox. Position the LEDs.

  4. Install the Engine + Gearbox assembly, the Switch and then the battery cover. Reposition the wiring.

    • Install the Engine + Gearbox assembly, the Switch and then the battery cover. Reposition the wiring.

  5. Install the LED covers and then reposition the top shell.

    • Install the LED covers and then reposition the top shell.

  6. Line the top shell.

    • Line the top shell.
