The G752VL-DH71 (often referred by the shorter name “G752VL” or even “G752”) is a gaming laptop release by Asus in 2015. It is part of their Republic of Gamers (ROG) line of laptops and has a minimalist mask-like ROG logo on the back of the display. Speaking of which, the display spans 17.3 inches (43.9 cm) on the diagonal and has a resolution of 1920x1080 pixels. Just below, the keyboard spans most of the width of the chassis and includes a numpad, backlit keys, and extra red accents on the WASD keys.

Internally, the laptop features an Intel Core i7-6700HQ processor and a GeForce GTX 965M graphics card. You can upgrade the memory in the G752 to a maximum of 64 GB. Two of the memory slots are located behind a simple maintenance cover on the back of the device, while the other two slots are more difficult to reach (but still accessible) under the keyboard. Removing the maintenance cover also gives you access to the 2.5-inch drive bay and the M.2 SSD slot. Some models come with an optical drive located on the left side of the device.
