The new Kindle Fire 7" HDX succeeds the Kindle Fire HD and was released on October 18, 2013. This model introduces several new features and upgrades to Amazon's tablet lineup such as a full HD 7-inch display with internet connectivity and the new Mayday button. The Mayday button links you directly to an Amazon representative who can take over and control your device to fix any minor problems or answer any questions the user may have. The new front facing camera and the amazon cloud allow for the user to easy take and store pictures on their device.

The new Kindle HDX 7" gives the user the ability to do all of their favorite activities such as browse the web, interact on their favorite social networking sites and along with all the popular apps and games the device can still download and view books and magazines.
