Background and Identification

The Samsung Galaxy J5 (2016) was released in 2016 as a budget phone to compete with the Motorola Moto G. It is uncommon for a Samsung phone because it has a removable battery. It offers a sturdy casing, although it isn’t waterproof, and around two days of regular phone use for each full battery charge. The device comes stock in 8 GB and 16 GB versions, but you’ll need a microSD memory card to further expand the storage capacity on the device. Due to its age, this device does not support 5GHz WiFi. Overall, the Samsung Galaxy J5 (2016) phone was generally well-received by both critics and users.
