Introduzione
This guide is for individuals looking to replace their engine air filter for the 2010-2015 Hyundai Elantra. This procedure requires no prior knowledge of the car, and can be complete with relative ease and cleanup.
You will learn how replace the engine air filter on your 2010-2015 Hyundai Elantra.
The Engine Air filter is there to keep dirt and debris from entering the engine. A dirty or clogged air filter can cause the engine to work harder than it really needs to. A clogged filter can lead to a loss of power, dirty smoke, a check engine light coming on and even engine failure.
This guide is very simple, and the entire process should take you less than 5 minutes. Just make sure you have purchased an air filter that is compatible with the make, model, and year of your car. For the 2013 Elantra, there is a link for a suitable air filter in this guide.

Was reading over your directions on replacing the engine oil filter. Did you replace both cabin and engine air filters? I had the guy changing oil to install the cabin air filter but after driving the car, it still has a musky odor so I’m going to attempt ridding the car of the smell with an engine air filter. I couldn’t quite see how the engine air filter looked as it was pulled from the case it was in. Is it difficult to determine how it goes back into the case or pretty straight forward? This is my daughter’s car (2015 Elantra) and I’m trying to get some things done for her before I leave in a few days. Hopefully, you’ll see this soon and reply if at all possible. Where can I get one of these engine air filters? I’m in Huntington Beach currently with her. Thanks in advance!!
