Introduzione

If the Acer Aspire One D255-1625 crashes often before the screen goes black, use this guide to replace the RAM card.

The RAM card is responsible for temporarily storing computer data and affects total device performance.  A defective RAM can cause frequent crashes, freezing, and black screens especially when using an application that requires a lot of memory usage.

Note: Before replacing the RAM, ensure that the device is powered off .

    • Pull the battery straight out.

    • To properly dispose of battery, locate your nearest recycling plant to dispose of it there.

May want to add a second photo that better shows the battery being removed.

Also, what should they do with the battery once it’s removed? How should they dispose of it?

    • Push the silver locking tabs on either side of the RAM card outward and the card will pop up to rest at an angle.

    • Slide the card straight out of its housing.

May want a closer image of those locks without the fingers in the way.

I was lazy to do it the proper way and thought this was a short cut... Sadly the author is an a*** and doesn't show that there are two screws connected to the bottom plastic base. Well I ripped them right off. The right way is to remove the key board and then unscrew the two screws after that you can pop the bottom panel.

Sorry I was wrong it's not 2 screws it was 5 screws that I ripped off.
