What if the internal time/date battery is bad? A fully charged battery will drain crazy fast because the rechargeable internal No longer charges. Is there a fix?

Hi @ssilvia, there isn't a guide specifically for the CMOS or coin cell battery replacement but the Canon Powershot ELPH 100 HS Outer Case Replacement guide has an image that confirms there is a coin cell battery. It looks like you should be able to access and replace it. The photo is a little blurry so I couldn't read the specific size. I hope this helps or at least this might get you started on the repair. Thanks!
