The best thing about this dish is it requires zero prep, and you can make as little or as much as you want.

    • Tyson Panko chicken breast tenderloins

    • Stir-fry vegetable blend

    • Have:

    • Salt and pepper

    • Olive oil

    • Put the chicken in.

    • Do not thaw the chicken.

    • Use a medium-high heat

    • Pour the frozen veggies into the pan and cover for five minutes.
