Introduzione

Se hai dimenticato la password del blocco schermo, se vuoi eliminare definitivamente tutti i dati personali, se hai un problema con le applicazioni, puoi provare ad effettuare un ripristino ai dati di fabbrica.

Attenzione!!!
Resettare il tuo telefono eliminerà definitivamente tutti i dati presenti sul tuo telefono: app, giochi (con annessi dati di salvataggio), messaggi di testo, registro chiamate, musica, foto etc.

Effettuando il reset di fabbrica il tuo Windows Phone tornerà allo stato in cui era la prima volta che lo hai acceso. Tutti i tuoi contenuti personali saranno eliminati e il telefono sarà ripristinato allo stato di fabbrica.

    • Spegni il telefono.

    • Premi e tieni premuti i tasti Volume Giù e Accensione.

    • Non appena sentirai una piccola vibrazione, rilascia soltanto il Tasto Accensione.

    • Sullo schermo vedrai un punto esclamativo (!).

    • Premi i tasti in questo preciso ordine: • Volume Su > Volume Giù > Tasto Accensione > Volume Giù •

    • Il telefono si riavvierà.

    Didn’t work for me, I have the explanation mark, but as soon as I press the power button after vol up and dwn, it goes away and starts as usual.

    Worked well eventually. Note to self: read instructions CAREFULLY, but it worked after I read them properly!

    Yes it worked great. I did remove the sim and sd cards beforehand so as not to accidentally erase my saved data . Reinstalled them after startup and my phone is now back to functioning as I want it. Thanks for the hand.

i have a challenge with my Lumia 520 i cant see the apps the screen is fine its difficult to format and everything in the phone is ok just that i cant use the phone its been given me issues and i have taken it for repairs they confirmed it needs to be flashed but i dont know what to flash it with as all the technicians i took it too couldn't flash the phone

hi Just to clear your doubt…Your nokia will never get stuck on the gears thing….maybe take a couple of hours…

I have a password in my phone but the error is “try again in 164325 minutes“ so the only way is the hard reset, but my volume up were broken. What am i suppose to do? Is there any other way to fix this? Or I’ll just wait for that 123456 minutes to be over!?
