    • Push down before pulling up to release the tabs.

    • Take the needle nose pliers and cut off the crimped-on-wire connectors.

    • Pressed down hard. These wires are thick.

    • These are crimped on wire conncetors so they can not be twisted off. The only way to remove them is by cutting off the wire.

    • Strip the wires back with wire strippers. Or carefully take the needle nose pliers and cut gently to only make a mark on the jacket and not the wires. Then pull with the pliers to remove the jacket.

    • Take the white, blue, and black wire together and push togther

    • Then take the pliers and twist them until they are all combined.

    • Crimp the wire connector with a crimper or pliers
