Introduzione
If the headband on your HP Windows Mixed Reality VR1000-100 is damaged and is obstructing your ability to use it, then you may have to replace the headband altogether. This guide will show you how to take out the headband and how to put a new one in its place. There are no difficult steps to this guide, however caution must be taken unscrewing the screws, so you do not accidentally strip them. Also, please put the screws in a small bag or tin as to not lose them; they're very small and hard to find, especially on carpet.

Remove the three screws holding the internal headband plate to the headband using a Phillips #00 screwdriver.

Pry off the internal headband plate using an opening tool.

Remove four screws that hold the headband to the headset (two on each side) using a Phillips #00 screwdriver.

Using your hands, pull out the headband from the headset.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
