Using a hair dryer on hot or a heat gun on low, carefully heat up the bottom foot for 1-2 minutes.

Using your fingernails or a guitar pick, separate the outer portion of the foot from the mesh and remove from the HomePod

Be careful not to break the small tabs that position the foot to the bottom of the HomePod
