If you are having problems with the audio output from one or both speakers on this headset, you may need to replace the speakers. Follow this guide to correctly disassemble the headset and replace the speakers. This guide shows the steps for only one side, but the process is identical for both speakers.

Remove each ear cushion by hooking your fingers along the inside of the ear cushion and pulling up and away from the ear cup.

If the cushion does not fully release, move your hand to the opposite side and pull up inn the same manner.

Using the small plastic spudger to assist, begin lifting up and removing the foam inserts with attached backing tape.

Tilt the headphones over so that the speaker tilts out of the plastic holder.

Repeat for both sides.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.

Thanks a lot man, I was having some issues with my left side for a while. I assumed it was bad connection since it would return depending on the position and sometimes on non-ANC setup. I just tightened those screws and now it works fine. Cheers.
Hi, doughter overturned the speaker. Now the device no longer switches on. can this be fixed again?

Where can I get replacement speakers. I know it is 40mm in diameter but what is the ohm and other specifications?

The battery is under the left earcup.
NOT the earcup into which you plug the USB cable.
Not sure why the demo asks you to disassemble the right earcup...

These instructions could use some work! There is no need to disassemble both sides as the battery is under the left ear cup only.
