Introduzione
My NuraTrue Pro Case stopped charging for some reason. I think that the USB-C connector is case. I want to open it to see what's going on.

Firmly push the top of the case back. It will create some space on the back of case and you can fit a jimmy there. Then slowly use jimmy, spudger, or screwdriver to make it to the sides of the case.

Conclusione
To reassemble your device just push the interior of the case back to the exterior.
