If choppy, interrupted, or no audio is being transferred between your device and your Razer BlackShark V2 headset while the USB sound card is in use and your the sound card does not light up, your sound card’s USB cable is likely damaged (to confirm diagnoses & solutions, see Razer BlackShark V2 Troubleshooting Page, "Audio Cutting Out," “No Audio at All,” "Loose or Cracked Sound Card Jack"). This guide will assist you in the replacement of this component. Be mindful to not adversely snap any plastic components or small wires when applying pressure.

Microwave the iOpener for 30 seconds

Wrap the iOpener around the sound card along the parting line and hold to help weaken the adhesive joining the halves.

Locate the four wires coming out of the USB cable and attaching to the circuit board.

Desolder these wires to remove the cable.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
