Before you start
Even though this process doesn't deal with any electrical connections, it is a good habit to unplug your Ryobi D620H drill before doing any work on it.
Removing the right side of the case is a prerequisite for all internal repairs.

All nine 16mm long Torx20 screws (Circled in red).

Turn the screwdriver counterclockwise to loosen the screws.

Remove all nine screws completely.

Conclusione
Replace the right-side case, simply reinsert all of the T20 screws and fasten them down completely.
