If you're finding that you cannot install anything new or save any pictures it is most likely due to the fact that the memory card on the phone is full.

    • Press and hold the END key to power the phone down.

    • Remove the back cover of the cell phone using a plastic opening tool.

    The LEGO Brick Separator (https://www.lego.com/en-us/service/brick...) also works perfectly if you don’t have the iFixit Opening Tool handy.

    • Pry the battery out using a plastic opening tool.

    • Using a nylon spudger, push through the hole at the top of the memory card holder to slide it out.

    Does “slide it out” refer to memory card holder or the memory card itself?
