Samsung Galaxy S5 Mini SIM & SD card reader Replacement

Remove back cover.

Remove battery. If you have SIM card and SD card in, remove them by the way.

Open this cover and release the home button flex connector.

Heat the screen, cut the sticker under it and release the screen connector. Please be careful with the screen flex when sliding to cut the sticker.

Remove the LCD screen from rear case.

Remove all the screws.

Get loosen the touch keys from adhesive, and then push the mid-plate out from the middle housing.

Twist off these two screws and remove the whole motherboard assembly.

Release the connector,loose the assembly from adhesive and remove it finally.
