    • Flip the camera upside down and look for the arrow pointing to the word battery.

    • Push the arrow down to side to open the compartment.

    • Put the new Sony Alpha SLT-A57 Digital Camera Battery in with negative side on top of the spring. Then shut the compartment slide.
