Usa questa guida per sostituire la batteria di un Amazon Kindle Fire.

    • Inserisci uno strumento di apertura in plastica sull'angolo inferiore destro del Kindle Fire.

    • Fai leva per dividere le due metà e fai scorrere lo strumento lungo tutto il perimetro del dispositivo, allentando le clip che tengono giunte le due parti.

    • Se hai estrema difficoltà nell'inserire lo strumento di apertura in plastica, usa uno spudger di metallo per rilasciare con cautela la prima clip. Dopo aver fatto ciò ritorna allo strumento in plastica per evitare di rigare il case.

    • È di aiuto rimuovere prima la parte inferiore del Kindle Fire (e fuori di lato) dalla parte superiore. Se si applica troppa forza durante la separazione delle due metà senza tirare, le alette interne potrebbero rompersi.

    • Estrai la batteria dal Kindle Fire.

Used this guide to replace my battery. Sadly, it didn't fix the problem. The problem is with my charger connection. It is loose. I had hoped changing the battery and looking at the problem from the inside would resolve it. The charging connection is in it's own little housing. I considered opening the housing but I had no replacement parts to fix whatever may be wrong. I greatly appreciate the quality of this repair guide. There were no problems with tear down or putting back together. Thanks again!

Some kindles have a battery connection that "floats". The problem can be alleviated by soldering the charging port. There is an excellent video on YouTube that shows step by step, the process for soldering the charging port. Hope this helps!!!

Kindle Fire will not charge and when I wiggle the cord to charge the Kindle the light comes on but doesn't stay on. Tried a different cord still does not work. I successfully replaced the battery, and it works! But the charge indicator only goes up to about 90% and the charging light won't turn green no matter how long it charges.

Hi, I have a Kindle Fire 8 5th generation and changed the battery. Didn’t help. I use it only without WiFi and in Airplane Mode for reading and it still lasts only for about an hour and a half. It was also a very difficult to open the tablet as you can’t see the two halves.
