Introduzione

Questa riparazione può essere necessaria se la spazzola rotante non gira più. La cinghia è stretta sulla spazzola e può richiedere della forza per venire rimossa.

    • Apri la porta di accesso spingendo entrambi i tasti di rilascio lontani da te.

    • Solleva la porta di accesso.

    • Rimuovi il coprivite in plastica usando uno spudger in metallo, spingendone l'estremità appuntita nella fessura e facendo leva.

    • Svita la vite da 15 mm con un cacciavite Security Torx T10.

    I know it is absolutely essential to have a security bit on here to change the belt as you wouldn't want anyone accidently changing it.

    • Usa uno strumento di apertura iFixit per fare leva sul lato dell'aspirapolvere ed aprirlo.

    • Rimuovi le componenti laterali con le mani.

    • Rimuovi la cinghia originale dai due ingranaggi facendo leva con lo spudger in metallo.

    • La nuova cinghia sarà molto stretta e difficile da infilare in posizione. Per installarla, inizia infilandola su un ingranaggio, quindi ruota lentamente l'altro ingranaggio, spingendo la cinghia e facendole fare presa sui denti.

Just been told by shark that you cant buy the belt in the UK and you have to buy the whole new head at £60!

What a rip off! Wont be buying a Shark again!

They made me buy a whole new motorized head for $99 last year. Just the duo roller doesn’t spin making it harder to push around. I still have the broken head so I think I want to take it apart and see if it’s just the belt. The new head cracked by the rear right wheel so maybe I can Frankenstein a good working one.

I have a shark rocket duo clean. I'm confused. Will have to wait if Shark will help?when i ring them. Pulling the foot apart seen to be allot of work if you don't just to be to the belt not knowing what you are doing or buy a new vacuum foot . Wish life was made easier

the belts for this are $6 on amazon part #x003p9e50v, you need a torx #10 to get into it and the sides are not easy to get off, seems a little harder then it should be to replace belts
