Introduzione

Questa guida mostrerà come rimuovere il tubo della bacchetta in caso di intasamento, guarnizione rotta o altro malfunzionamento.

    • Spegni l'alimentazione e scollega l'aspirapolvere, quindi gira l'aspirapolvere in modo che il tubo sia verso di te.

    The dyson up20 does not have a clip on the hose. You have to turn the base of the hose counterclockwise to remove and clockwise to install.

    I have the dyson cinematic animal ball, and I cannot get the hose to release also, I tried the red tab, tried twisting etc nothing works

    I used a pair of needle nose pliers to hold the red tab pulling up and toward the hose

    No suction from wand assembly even when hose taken off, all openings checked, all filters cleaned x7 years. I have had this vacuum for about 7 years- it’s barely used because 6 1/2 of those years it doesn’t bloody work. Never buying a Dyson ever again. After 3 months of owning it I bought another vacuum because there is ALWAYS something wrong with it. The hose part hasn't worked since the third month of owning it. It rarely stands up. It won’t switch suction from bottom to hose. Oh yes lots of suction! But that does you a fat lot of good when it does not suck out the wand or the bottom.

I used the hose and attachments on my ball animal + up13 and after removal of attachment and stowing the hose to the handle assy. , I can not get the vacumm to stop sucking from the top of the handle? I’ve attempted reading the owners manual (which is not user friendly) and also watched Youtube demonstrations with no luck. This has been two days of struggling with no success???

The suction is diverted to the hose when the machine is upright. Stand behind the machine, pull the handle towards you and the transfer valve automatically diverts the suction to the brush head. Put it back into the upright position and suction automatically diverts to the rear hose.

can anyone show me a picture of the transfer valve? I think it is not going into position when I try to use the wand.

it looks like the wand has a round plastic device in middle is this correct? i have taken the wand out of the hose and the hose has suction but when all goes back together and turn on the hand held wand device has no suction

Awesome! Worked like a charm. I had sucked up one of the cat's toys. I was able to remove the little toy and the hose works again.

When my vacuum is upright the transfer of suction does not happen to the hose - I think something is missing between the hose to the ball and the hose to the handle…….I will just take it in - thank you for the tutorial - someone sucked up a mask so that started the problem………

My hose has holes beneath the ball, how do you replace that hose?

Excellent and clear instructions. I’d mistakenly tried to find a solution through YouTube and wasted so much time. I was at the point of replacing my appliance until I found the right instructions here. Even Dyson couldn’t be bothered to provide a solution.
