- School— University of Massachusetts Dartmouth
 - Major—Biomedical Engineering: I chose this major because I wish to use my creative problem solving and my strength of creating devices to help people in need.
 - Aspirations—I want to pursue a career in orthopedic implants, prosthetics, or medical devices.  My future goal is to one day receive a patent for a device or implant that will be used in the medical field.
 - Skills—I have very strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and hard-working skills.  In addition, I am skilled in using social media and Microsoft Office.
 - Projects/accomplishments—I recently won a Hackathon competition that was sponsored by Target.  My team on in researched and presented our findings on how polydopamine can be used as a natural flame retardent on children’s pajamas.  Our team won a cash prize and a $15,000 stipend to further our research in the summer.
 - Repair experience—I currently have no strong repair experience other than common knowledge on how what parts do what in some devices.
 - Accolades—I have received several scholarships through the university, and have been recognized as making the Chancellor’s and Dean’s list.
 - Groups/memberships—I currently hold the Social media chair position in the Biomedical Engineering Society and previously played on the DIII golf team.
 - Hobbies—In my spare time, I enjoy playing golf, fishing, disc golf, reading, watching movies, and playing backyard sports with my friends.
 - How does this project relate to you?—This project will overall strengthen my problem solving skills and improve my technical communication skills.
