Hello, my name is Brian. I am a sophomore at Cal State LA who is currently aiming for a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. From a very young age, I've always been told to make a career out of something I love. Since I've always been a big fan of math and engineering, I decided that I wanted to make a career out of that.
My first ever taste of college-level engineering was when I and a few other people I partnered up with were tasked with assembling a remote-operated underwater vehicle out of PCV pipe pieces for an engineering lab course. To this day, I'm still proud of the design I came up with that got my team a final grade of 95%, even if it was improvised because we didn't have enough pieces to assemble our original design. This account was created as a requirement of my Technical Writing course, in which I was tasked to create a guide on how to fix something of my choice. I decided to go with making a guide on how to replace the headlight bulb of a 2017 Toyota Tacoma.
