The majority of functions provided by this plugin was included in the main JOSM application already.
However, enabling this plugin will allow you to adjust imagery offset comfortably while editing the map
by using (default) shortcut Ctrl+Alt+Y or by clicking on icon on the edit tool bar on the left.
