Norwich is a city in Norfolk at latitude 52°38′09.60″ North, longitude 1°16′51.60″ East.
Norwich is the capital city of the English county of Norfolk. In terms of local government, it is classed as a district, but correctly titled Norwich City Council.

Cycle routes
Both Norwich City Council and Norfolk County Council have collaborated on setting up a cycling network within the city, with several marked cycle routes denoted by different colours, as detailed in the table below. There are five cross-city radial routes, in inner circular route, and outer circular route. Some signs for these routes have started to appear.
