Proposal
A proposal to collect best practices and refine the tagging of intelligence facilities. While the intelligence services often have an internet presentation which might list the official sites and headquarters, there are also many facilities that are operating in environment that is hard to survey, like military bases, or undercover. Nonetheless the people in the neighbourhood might know about them.

Facilities used/operated by intelligence services.
Tagging
Use man_made=intelligence_facility for the site. Add the name of the site in the name key and the covert name (if any) in the tag official_name=*. If applicable, add religion=* (for intelligence services operated by a religious community).
If you want to denote that a facility (which might only consist of a single appliance, e.g. an antenna) is operated by intelligence services, you can use the property intelligence_facility=yes.
