Description
This was the first draft for a but was replaced by version 2 : Proposed_features/via_ferrata
A via ferrata is a route equipped with fixed cables, stemples, ladders, and bridges in order to increase ease and security for climbers. Those via ferrata requires equipement : climbing harness, shock absorber and two short lengths of rope. But do not require long rope like climbing.
note : If no special equipement is required, and the path has a short length or cable equiped, it should be tag as highway=path with the appropriate sac_scale=*
