SACIDS is the Southern African Centre for Infectious Disease Surveillance, headed by Mark Rweyemamu. SACIDS is involved in Detection, Identification and Monitoring of Infectious Diseases, with an emphasis on OneHealth, incorporating zoonoses and veterinary public health.
