Srtm2osm perl

Performs a similar task to Srtm2osm, but uses Perl/GNUplot instead of .NET/Mono.

Although much simpler that Srtm2osm, it can produce meter graduated contours from the SRTM data sets and includes support for 'major', 'medium' and 'minor' contours.
