Stadia Maps (https://stadiamaps.com) offers commercial mapping and routing APIs primarily based on OpenStreetMap. The Stadia Maps team contributes to MapLibre (a founder also sits on the governing board) and Valhalla, and maintains multiple map data related open-source projects (primarily in Rust).
