Walt Disney World Monorail System is a Rail System in Bay Lake, Florida at latitude 28°23′53.92″ North, longitude 81°33′55.79″ West.

The Walt Disney World Monorail System is Monorail-rail system in Walt Disney World Resort that connects Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Disney's Contemporary Resort, Disney's Polynesian Village Resort, Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, and the Ticket and Transportation Center (TTC). The Disney World Monorail System opened on October 1, 1971 with the opening of TTC, Magic Kingdom, Polynesian Village, and the Contemporary being a double loop, the Resort Line and the Express Line. When the Grand Floridian opened an additional Resort Line stop was added to the line. The Epcot Line was added in 1982 was the opening of Epcot Center. The Disney World Monorail System is apart of the Disney Transportation Company operated by Disney Parks and Resorts.



Lines

Line Stops are given in order starting at Ticket and Transportation Center. All lines have no fees to board. All lines operated at different times and generally open one hour before to earliest theme park and close after one hour after Magic Kingdom or Epcot closing. Lines may close throughout the day for maintenance. Ask Castmembers for Monorail Times or call (407) 939-5277 for further assistance.
