Background and Identification

The Canon EOS 70D camera was released by Canon in 2013. It's the successor of the EOS 60D and predecessor of the EOS 80D. Very similar to the EOS 60D in design, the EOS 70D camera was designed to improve the processor, implement a higher resolution, and introduce a touchscreen. This newer model has silver lettering that says "EOS 70D" on the left hand side as well as "Canon" spelled out on the front of the camera at the top. The camera has a 3 inch LCD touchscreen that rotates out and flips 180 degrees to face the user. The camera model number is DS126411.

The camera is accompanied with a EFS 18-135 mm lenses and its maximum resolution is 5472 x 3648. It has 20.2 effective megapixels, and supports a DIGIC 5+ graphic processor. It uses a Lithium LP-E6 rechargeable battery. The charging port is located on the right hand side of the camera while the camera is pointed away from you. It comes with built in wi-fi capabilities and a single SD card slot.
