Identification and Background

When running Windows 7, the HP Mini 210-2000 series can be quickly identified by clicking on Start, then right-clicking on Computer and selecting Properties. The product will be listed under "Model". To specifically identify the device as the HP Mini 210-2070NR, the battery must be removed, and the exact product model will be labeled in the battery compartment.

This specific model of the HP Mini 210 ships in a dark grey color. In this update of the 210 product line, HP revamped the design by integrating the battery into the bottom of the chassis and offering a number of different colors. The notebook continues to offer a chiclet-style keyboard, 10.1" glass LED display, and easy access to the hard drive and RAM via the back cover. The unit weighs in at 3.10 pounds.

The HP Mini 210-2070NR is powered by an Intel Atom N455 processor running at 1.66GHz, and comes with 1GB of DDR3 memory. For video graphics, the HP Mini 210-2070NR has an Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 3150 with 256MB of video memory. It also has a built-in Digital Media Reader for memory cards. A webcam with integrated microphone is included for video conferencing.

HP no longer sells the Mini 210 product line directly, focusing instead on its 110 and Pavillion dm1 series.
