Introduction
If your croc rivet or fastener has chipped or broken off and caused the strap to come loose, you can follow this guide to repair the issue.

With a flat head screwdriver, place the screwdriver head underneath the plastic rivet head.

With the screwdriver in place, wiggle the plastic rivet until the rivet head pops off.

Place the head of the new rivet through the hole of the croc strap.

Move the croc strap so that the rivet head aligns with the opening of the rivet tail.

To test for tightness, move the strap down. If the strap bends instead of rotating freely, the screw is on too tight.

To loosen the croc strap, rotate the rivet head counter-clockwise using the flat head screwdriver.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
