Background and Identification

The Microsoft Surface Headphones (GUW-00001)  were released to the public in November 2018 as a device to transmit and amplify sound created by wireless devices. Some features may require the latest Windows update.

The wireless headset weighs .64 lbs and has a silver/grey exterior. The ear-cups are capable of 90 degree rotation to adapt to a variety of headshapes. The Microsoft Surface Headphones can be connected wired via USB-C, auxiliary jack, or wirelessly.

Microsoft Surface Headphones also feature two touch/tap and dial nodes, located on either side of the ear-cup.
