Background

The Mitsubishi Hands Free Module (HFM), also known as Link System, is an extra module that enhances Mitsubishi Infotainment Systems by providing drivers with hands-free phone functionality, media player control, and advanced connectivity features. Developed by Visteon Corporation in collaboration with Mitsubishi Motors Corporation, the HFM seamlessly integrates with Mitsubishi's infotainment technology.

Serving as an interface between the Mitsubishi Infotainment System and external devices, the HFM allows users to connect and control their smartphones, media players, and other compatible devices. By integrating the HFM into the Infotainment System, drivers can enjoy the convenience of hands-free phone calls, voice-activated media playback control, and access to various connected services.

Designed exclusively for Mitsubishi Infotainment Systems, the HFM ensures a seamless and integrated user experience by leveraging the existing interface and display of the Infotainment System, eliminating the need for additional stand-alone devices or complex installations.
