The Visual Land Prestige 7G is a handheld tablet originally released for $90 in July 2012 for commercial use, and it was available globally. It seemed like a great deal, as for its low price they claimed there were great specs such as long battery life, wireless data network and camera. It was designed to be an affordable tablet option for personal consumption. It was originally targeted towards young teens and children. However, it is no longer available due to constant critiques of this device, which led to Visual Land moving on and creating a new line of devices. The critiques consist of slow performance, poor screen quality, and lack of battery life, which makes this product useless for the consumer's eye. This resulted in no clear amount of units sold as there soon came to be more critiques than compliments, as it soon became clear that this new tablet was not the best on the market. This is the third tablet in the Visual Land Prestige line and is followed by the Visual Land Prestige Pro line of tablets, with the most noticeable difference is the Pro being sturdier as it is now claimed to be specifically targeted towards children.
