Small billboard for neighbourhood advertising, generally intended for pedestrians, but some of them can be along roads. Some of them are open to any fly posters, and not private.

How to map

Create a node at the location of the board. Then put the advertising=board tag on it. You can add more details about it using these tags:

  • Technical details
    • support=* : what is used to support the board (pole, wall, ground ...)
    • size=* : the dimensions of the board itself (omitting its support)
    • height=* : the height of the board (including its support)
    • lit=* : is the board lit ?
    • animated=* : is the board animated ? By which method ?
    • sides=* : how many sides does the board have (generally 1 or 2)
  • Management
    • operator=* : the company operating the board
    • ref=* : the board reference
    • land_property=* : who is the owner of the land under the board ?
    • access=* : can everybody change the content of the board ?
  • Content and visibility
    • message=* : the kind of content shown on the board
    • orientation=* : how is the board directed compared to people/traffic flow
    • direction=* : how is the board directed (using cardinal points)
    • visibility=* : how far is the board visible ?
