Kulangsu
鼓浪屿 is an island to the west of Xiamen's main island. Vehicles for private use are officially prohibited on Kulangsu. As some major streets still see use by official use of motor vehicles (for trash and shuttle), perhaps we should tag them as "living streets" or "pedestrian streets" with motor_vehicle=private?
