This tag is a unique identifier of a Polish administrative forest unit. It contains all identifiers from the top level of hierarchy down to unit’s level (although in imported data it is common to fill lower hierarchy levels with spaces, see this mailing list message), separated with hyphens. Unit’s level identifier is also used in ref=*.
The same identifier is used within System Informatyczny Lasów Państwowych[1].
